Unfortunately, things sometimes don't go as planned, but we want to make sure that we get you taken care of as quickly and easily as possible. We know that your time is important, so in order to help things move along, and be processed correctly, we've got this policy for you:

If Your Product Appears to have been Damaged In-Transit
Before contacting us please call the carrier (UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS or Freight Carrier) that delivered your package immediately. International Hydraulics cannot accept responsibility for products that were signed for in good condition.

Please call International Hydraulics Support for a Return Authorization number
Return packages will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number. Failure to properly label the package may result in delays in processing your return.

Returning Products:

  • Products must be unused or defective to be returned.
  • Products must be returned within 45 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
  • There may be a 15% restocking fee for products for items ordered incorrectly.
  • Products shipped from the manufacturer may have a 15% restock fee.
  • Returns will be processed as quickly as possible (usually 1-2 weeks), but replacement time may be dependent upon product availability.
  • Returns will be issued to the original method of payment used.
  • Shipping cost will not be refunded, except in conditions where shipping was incorrectly processed.


Exceptions:

  • Custom designed or specified products cannot be returned through the standard process.
  • If a spec drawing was signed by the customer, the customer is responsible for any inaccuracy in the print.
  • Custom power units cannot be returns if they have been filled, fuelled or oiled. If a component is found to be defective, it will be replaced according to that component's mfg warranty.
